Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully require and request a 24 hour advance notice. Services booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be canceled or rescheduled.  This applies to both in studio and in home services.

As for late arrivals,  we understand that delays may occur and we will do our best to accommodate you when possible. If not possible, you will be charged the full amount of the booked appointment.
