In this bespoke 60-minute session, we begin with a grounding herbal foot bath. Followed with intuitive counseling to uncover your intention for our gathering and to meet you where you are today. Through a body alignment scan we will determine where you may be holding on to trauma, blocking key energy, or past injuries. We will then use a custom blend of medicinal aromatherapy either diffused or applied directly onto the body through touch therapy. Culminating with the Spirit of Reiki Energy Healing for mind-body-and spirit. Reiki Tenohira, palm healing. This will provide profound healing and balance in this very personalized session.

Core Healing Session
Nurture your sacred space with a signature Cocora core healing. This is for those seeking support for reproductive health, pre & post natal, and womb/pelvic trauma. The womb carries life but is EVERYONE’s creative energy center. This 60-min session includes grounding herbal foot bath, intuitive counsel, energy healing through Reiki Tenohira palm healing, and abdominal touch therapy with medicinal aromatherapy blends, as well as castor oil packs. Each session is as unique as the individual.

Distance Reiki
In this 45-min session, we will set aside time and space for you to receive Reiki universal energy healing. In the comfort of your own space, you will receive the transfer of energy to dissolve energetic blocks, promote balance and well-being. We will start with intuitive counsel, followed by grounding meditation, and then allow soothing currents of Reiki to flow. The session will be facilitated through Zoom by Andy Sherwood, Reiki Master.

Custom Aromatherapy Blend
This 30 min 1:1 in-depth session provides a customized virtual aromatherapy consultation. Through focused support and guidance, you will receive a deeply personalized approach to addressing specific wellness concerns. We will tailor each blend to target your individual needs, and carefully select essential oils together. This will empower you to connect to your own healing process. The session includes one 5ml blend ( shipping charges individually calculated).

PEMF Session
The PEMF Mat is a non-invasive session that will ground you in earth’s magnetic field. PEMF mimics natural frequencies found in nature and can penetrate the body to promote various biological processes. Add On: Cupping
Offered only as an add on to a service above, cupping can further balance and invigorate our vital energy and life force. Disruption of this flow can cause imbalances, illness, or discomfort. Gentle suction will draw the skin and superficial muscle layer in for a few minutes and/or moved around for massage like effect.
